My Approach

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to provide individualized sessions, accounting for differences in learning styles, interests and life experience. My approach is conversational, semi-structured and I always strive to use the best evidence-based treatment interventions. Therapy with me is a collaborative process in which we work together to define goals and tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. I incorporate a variety of cognitive-behavioral, relational, psychodynamic, mindfulness and attachment theories into my work. I take a two-fold approach that focuses on developing insight and understanding, while also improving skills and problem-solving strategies.
